ABC Challenge: C - deBBY colorPLAY 111 Coral Reef [swatch]

Here I am with my third letter, finally sporting an Italian polish: Coral Reef from Debby (or better deBBY), launched with colorPLAY "Under the Sea" collection last year (unfortunately the bottles have only numbers, but with a quick googling you can find their names).
It's a nice peach-pinkish orange with golden micro flakes that give it a metallic finish (similar to some Zoyas), almost opaque in two coats.
I have to say that I expected it to be sheerer and at the end of my swatching session I tried also to apply a third coat (on middle and ring nail) to check the difference: not relevant, see last picture.
Quite nice, I should have picked it a couple months ago, it's a great Summer shade!

NOTD: deBBY colorPLAY 112 Golden Shell

Another version of the purple/gold mix: this one is a recently released (Spring 2011) deBBY polish. deBBY is the “young” line of Deborah Milano, prices are lower - I paid this polish 4,90€, but often you can find them at a reduced price- and I find their recent releases very interesting in both terms of colors and finish (they also launched a Crackle top coat collection).
The finish of this polish reminded me of the Zoya you saw yesterday, but actually it is a quite different, as base color is slightly sheerer and leaning towards mauve, and microglitters are copper and more evident. Two coats in my pictures, enough for a nice result, really sparkly under sunlight (I love this kind of polishes, that is clear :-P)

NOTD: deBBY colorPLAY Crack 05 Boom

Today I'll show you an Italian crackle from deBBY brand ("young" line of Deborah Milano). I chose the white one (I'm really happy they sell separately base and top coat, without forcing people to buy kits) and find crackle effect is similar to Pupa one (the process is even quicker):  different according to coat thickness (on the Catherine Arley pink holo you can see the difference between a thick coat - index and pinkie, and a thin one - middle and ring finger). It dries matte, application of top coat doesn't change very much the effect on white.
Here below there are some experiments I did recently. After all I don't know how I feel about this effect, I find it amazing but then I get quickly bored about the look of my nails.
And you, enthusiast or already sick and tired of crackle nails?

Rieccomi!
